REFUNDS ONLY ALLOWED 30 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.

Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video to (petproductking@outlook.com) 

This screenshot/video should include details such as the sender's name, the date of the communication, and the content of the message or complaint. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a the result and how to proceed further. 

Refunds only apply for damaged, incorrect and missing products.

Shipping in Australia is free. With shipping times typically around 6-9 business days around Australia. If needed for super express shipping of 4-6 business days contact us on our website and we will get back to you with a rate and availability
